So this past week has been crazy. Last Tuesday I had surgery. I had an extra colon that got really infected so the doctors removed that they also took out my appendix, a cyst, and some nodes that were on my intestine because they were worried about them. All the test came back as everything was fine. I have missed a week of school and starting on my second week of missing school. I have a weight lifting restriction. I can only lift 30 lbs. This is going to be interesting to go back to school because my backpack weighs more than 30 lbs. I am doing a lot better. I am still tired but I'm get back to myself. The two small ones are where they first went in to see what was going on. Then they took and opened me up from the top of the belly button to the bottom of the last piece of tape. it is about a 2-3 inch cut.

Trip To Washington

Washington is so beautiful. It reminds me of Colorado the only different is that all the tree there are not dying for stupid beetles. The weather was really nice most of the time. In the morning it would be 55 then it would warm. I has so much fun playing with 11 month old twins, they were so loving, a 3 year old that spoke spanglish. I also helped get everything ready for the wedding. There was so much to do and not a lot of time to do it.
Amy's family adopted me after only being there one day. I now have 5 new sister, 3 new brothers, 3 brother-in-laws, 3 nephews, and 3 nieces. Their Grandpa even gave me a nickname, Carl, which really means that i am part of the family. It was so much fun getting to know all of them. I can't wait to go back and see all of them again.
Amy's and Jake's Wedding turned out really well. It was the first time ever being a bridesmaid, i did not realize how much work it is. Work- keep bride calm, help with what ever needs done, take bride to the bathroom, set up and take down, lots of pictures, play with kids, and most importantly stay awake no matter how tired you get. Im glad that it is done. After helping with this wedding there are things that I would not do when i get married.

Poems by Me

The One We Lost

A teacher, a mother, a wife, and a friend

When you left this world

You left behind so much

A father to raise a son

Who would never know his mother

Students with so much love and knowledge

Wanting to be like you

And those of us who will never be the same

Because you loved and cared so much for us

Some might not have shown how much they care

But no matter how you cared for them just the same.

We may not know why you had to leave

Us all behind

God needed you more than we did

And we will be fine

We will learn to live without you

Though at times it will be hard

We know you are watching us

And you love us so

When we accomplish things you are proud

And when we fail you will wonder why

Because you know what we can do.

You will always be a part of us

We cannot forget how much you helped us

Or how much you care

We know that you did not want to go

But you had to go

We will always miss you

And know that you wish you could be here with us

Doing the thing you loved.

MY MOM
You brought me in to this world.
You held me close and loved me.
You kissed me good night.
You scared all the bad guys a way.

You loved me even when I said that I hated you.
You loved me when I was a pain in the butt.
You loved me when no one else seemed to.
You loved me when I caused trouble and hurt.

You taught me that the greatest thing in this world is love.
You taught me that you love me know matter what.
You taught me to love everyone
You taught me a lot of what I know.

You held me tight when I need you.
You started to let me go little by little.
You pushed me to be the best I could be.
You let me go even when it was really hard.

You tell me that you love me.
You tell me that I can do it.
You tell me that everything will be ok
.
You tell me that you love me.

You cry with me.
You laugh with me.
You talk with me.
You show me how to be Great.

You are my Mom.
You are my Hero.
You are my best friend.
You are my Mommy.

Its crazy how life can change so much. I went from being a total tomboy to girl. For most people it might not seem very weird but its like i am a whole new person. I enjoy looking good. Its all thanks to my old and current roommates Kaui, Amy and Amanda, a friend. ( Top- 2007 bottom-2010)
